Reviews
From customers in their own words
"I brought in my father's old automatic — it hadn't run properly in years. The team were straightforward about what it needed and honest that a full service was the only sensible option. Took about a week and came back running well. Nice to wear it again."

"Walked in without an appointment to get a strap changed on my dive watch. The woman at the counter — Araya — found one that matched the colour scheme, fitted it properly, and I was out in about 20 minutes. Reasonably priced and no fuss."

"Used the two-watch service for a pair of quartz watches I wear to work. Both needed batteries and one had been showing water damage on the crystal. The damage was noted clearly and they suggested a proper seal before I left it any longer. Good practical advice."

"Very happy with the complete service on my dresswatch. They explained each step clearly — I wasn't sure what 'regulation' meant and Nattawut took a few minutes to show me on the timing machine. The watch has been keeping accurate time since."
Wilhelm B.

"I was nervous about leaving a watch that has sentimental value with anyone. They took a receipt on drop-off, gave me a realistic timeline, and called when it was ready — actually a day early. That kind of care matters more than a flashy shop front."
Napawan W.

"The rubber strap on my sports watch had cracked. Came in and they had three options in the right width. Ended up choosing a fabric one which actually looks better than the original. Quick service, staff knew what they were doing."

Case studies
A closer look at three jobs
Case study 1 · Complete Care Package
An automatic watch that had been sitting in a drawer for six years
The situation
A customer brought in a Japanese automatic that had been unused since 2018. It ran briefly when wound by hand but stopped within a couple of hours and was losing around 8 minutes a day when it did run.
What we did
Full strip-down and ultrasonic clean, new lubricants throughout, mainspring replaced as it had set to its wound position, regulation to within ±10 seconds per day, case resealed and pressure-tested.
The outcome
Watch returned running within ±6 seconds per day across all tested positions. Customer collected in 7 working days with a 12-month service warranty and written record.
"I'd given up on it honestly. I thought it needed expensive parts. Turns out it just needed a proper clean and some fresh oil. Wearing it daily now."
Case study 2 · Two-Watch Tune-Up
A couple with two everyday quartz watches, neither running
The situation
Both watches had stopped. Neither had been serviced since purchase three years ago. One showed very slight fogging on the inside of the crystal, suggesting a seal issue.
What we did
New batteries in both, seal check and re-gasket on the fogged watch, pressure test to confirm the seal was holding, visual condition check with written notes on both pieces.
The outcome
Both collected the following day. The fogging cleared once the moisture inside dissipated over a few days. No further issues reported at three-month follow-up.
"Easy to book, done quickly, and they pointed out the seal issue on the second one which I hadn't even noticed. Worth knowing about."
Case study 3 · Strap Change & Refit
A well-worn leather strap that had stretched beyond comfortable use
The situation
Five-year-old leather strap had stretched significantly and the keeper loop had broken. The watch itself was in good condition. Customer wanted a similar tan leather look.
What we did
Selected a suitable tan leather option from in-store stock, sized it on the spot, fitted and adjusted the buckle to the customer's preferred notch position. No appointment needed.
The outcome
Ready in 15 minutes. Customer left wearing the watch. A straightforward job — the kind that keeps a familiar watch usable without any larger expenditure.
"Just needed a strap. They had what I wanted, fitted it properly, and didn't try to sell me anything else. Perfect."
