Each job starts with a proper look
Before any work begins, we spend a few minutes with your watch. We check for visible wear, listen to how it's running if it's mechanical, and establish which service fits the situation. There's no charge for this step, and we won't start anything without your go-ahead.
Drop-off & assessment
We check the watch, note its condition, and identify what it needs.
Quote & agreement
You receive the price and timeline. Work only starts once you agree.
Service & testing
The service is completed and the watch is tested before it leaves the bench.
Collection & record
You collect the watch with a written service record and any relevant notes.
Service 1
Complete Care Package

A full clean, lubrication, regulation, reseal, and polish bundled into one appointment — the right option for a watch that has been sitting unworn for a while, one you've noticed running slow, or simply one you'd like to bring back to daily use properly.
The movement is disassembled, cleaned ultrasonically, dried, lubricated at each service point, and reassembled. Timing is checked on a timing machine across multiple positions and adjusted if needed. The case is resealed and pressure-tested, then polished if requested. We typically need 5–7 working days for this service.

Service 2
Two-Watch Tune-Up

Battery renewal, seal check, and a visual inspection for two everyday watches in a single appointment. A practical option for households that have a pair of watches waiting for attention — it saves a second trip and keeps the cost lower than booking separately.
This service is suited to quartz watches that are running normally but haven't had a battery or seal check in a while. It isn't a full service — if a watch has timing issues or needs movement work, we'll note that during the inspection and recommend the Complete Care Package for that piece.

Service 3
Strap Change & Refit
฿3,500 · Walk-in, no appointment needed
A fresh strap sized and fitted while you wait. We keep a selection of leather, rubber, and fabric options in-store in the most common lug widths. If you already have a strap you'd like fitted, bring that along instead and the price adjusts accordingly.
Walk-ins are welcome for this service. It usually takes around 15–20 minutes. If you're unsure which width suits your case or which material would work best, we're happy to talk through the options when you arrive.

Secure storage
All watches in our care are logged and stored securely. Access is restricted to workshop staff only.
Service documentation
Every job is recorded. You receive a written receipt on collection, and we keep a copy in our system.
Specification lubricants
We use lubricants sourced from established horological suppliers, applied at the correct service points.
Timing machine verification
Regulated movements are measured on a timing machine before and after adjustment. No guesswork.
Water-resistance testing
Resealed cases go through a pressure test before being closed. We confirm the gaskets are holding correctly.
No surprise charges
If anything unexpected comes up during a service, we contact you before proceeding. The quoted price stands unless you agree otherwise.
